Most of the flower arrangements on our website can be delivered the same day you order. To assure same-day flower delivery, orders must be received before 3:00pm.

Our delivery area available almost all the area within Klang Valley. Please note some of the areas are required additional delivery charges.

Some flowers and specific colour species are seasonal. If the shown flower and colour are unavailable, flower shall replace the flowers of equal value or higher. If the stand is out of stock. We will replace another color or shape of stand.

All gift will be delivered to the gift recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-delivery the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Failed Delivery – If an attempted delivery fails, (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability) we reserve the rights to charge additional cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled. If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.”

Any cancellation of orders after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirmed order.

Orders to be delivered on Sunday or Public Holidays –
* For deliveries on Sunday or Public Holidays, special arrangements have to be made to accommodate such orders. As such, orders must be made one working day prior to delivery date.
* In event that such arrangements are not possible, then the delivery will have to be made the day before or day after the date requested.

* For peak flora delivery days (eg. Valentines’ Day or Mothers’ Day), please order at least two working days advance prior to delivery date.
