Some flowers and specific colour species are seasonal. If the shown flower and colour are unavailable, flower shall replace the flowers of equal value or higher. If the stand is out of stock. We will replace another color or shape of stand.<\/strong>

Failed Delivery \u2013 If an attempted delivery fails, (such as the wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability) we reserve the rights to charge additional cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled. If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately. Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.”<\/strong>

Any cancellation of orders after confirmation will be subjected to a surcharge of 50% of the confirmed order.
